Creative Reflections is a collection of visual art and the written word on the theme of Mental Health. It is open to submissions from anyone in Suffolk, England, aged 16 and over. We hope that submitting your creative work will bring value to you, inspire others to express themselves, encourage openness about mental health and help to reduce stigma. This initiative is created and managed by Art Branches CIC – a not-for-profit community organisation specialising in inclusive creative projects for improving wellbeing across the East of England.
