Blythburgh Pines / Nature Recovery

My inner sense of connection
with nature is based on a meaningful and emotional engagement with the
wider natural world. From a very young age I was lucky to grow up
playing in an orchard, surrounded by ponds, dragonflies, bats, spiders,
mud pies, butterflies, moss and leaves. This instilled in me a life-long
interest in nature and sense of peace and belonging to the natural
world.
Connecting to nature has the power to heal. Having been
through several adverse experiences in life, nature is always my
grounding tool. Walking on soft spongy soil, together with the aromatic
blend of moss, pine, and sea salt scent, looking out through the pines
to the Blythburgh estuary, this location is for me, a magical
restorative place.
